General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Scope

These terms apply to all sales made through our website, relating to Evielab branded products, including food supplements in pearl format for personal use.

2. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible on the website. Images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. Evielab pearls are dietary supplements and must not be considered medicinal products.

3. Prices

Prices are shown with or without VAT depending on the country of delivery and applicable tax status. Delivery charges may apply at checkout.

4. Orders

By confirming an order, you fully accept these T&Cs. An order confirmation is sent automatically. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, product unavailability, or prior dispute.

5. Payment

Payments are secured and processed by our payment providers. No banking data is stored on our site. Payment is due upon ordering.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped from our warehouses depending on the delivery area. Estimated delivery times are indicated during checkout. Delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation.

7. Returns and refunds

a. No Returns After Delivery

For hygiene, safety, and traceability reasons, we do not accept any returns of our products once they have been delivered, even if they remain unopened.

Our products are sealed and intended for personal use. In accordance with public health best practices and applicable regulations, all rights of return are excluded once the packaging has left our premises.

b. Refunds Only in Case of Defective Products or Order Errors

A full or partial refund may be considered only in the following situations:

The product received is defective upon delivery.

There was an error in the order preparation (wrong product).

In such cases, you must:

Provide photos of the product and packaging.

Include your order number.

After review, we will proceed with either a replacement or refund at our discretion.

c. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to refusal, incomplete address, or failure to collect, handling and shipping fees may be deducted from any potential refund, unless the error is on our part.

8. Liability

You are solely responsible for the choice and use of products ordered. Evielab products should not be consumed by minors, pregnant persons, or anyone under medical treatment without prior advice from a healthcare professional. We cannot be held liable for misuse.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of the company’s registered office, unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise.
